In addition to notification through the informational postings, Enron operated
interstate pipelines will provide critical, bump, shipper, and/or operator scheduled
quantity cut notices using Internet E-mail address pursuant to Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 587-G.
If you are a current shipper or a service requester with a transportation contract
that will be subject to receiving notices and you have a functional E-mail address,
we ask that you complete and submit the above Enron Interstate Pipelines E-mail
notice form. When the electronic form is received, an Enron representative will
contact you to confirm the information you provided is correct.
The electronic notice will be brief; it will inform you that a critical, bump,
shipper, and/or operator scheduled quantity event is taking place and where to find
more information. This will allow you the option of using a third-party delivery
service (pager, fax, etc.) for immediate notification purposes.
The E-mail notices will not replace the informational postings, which will still
remain your primary source of detailed notice information.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible to see that the E-mail information is
kept current. Changes to previously supplied information must be made using the
E-mail notice form. Verification will be made by an Enron representative before an
E-mail address is modified or deleted in the pipeline's data base used to generate
notices. Please allow up to one business day to verify and update information in our
systems.
The Enron Interstate Pipelines will not share or sell information provided in this
form to third parties.
